Nicole Gill
Co-Founder and Executive Director
She/Her
Nicole Gill is Co-founder and Executive Director of Accountable Tech where she leads organizational development and strategy to tackle digital threats to democracy. Before founding Accountable Tech, Nicole led national campaigns on marriage equality, progressive tax reform, and protecting the Affordable Care Act. She has extensive experience building and leading coalitions that win in Congress, in state houses, at the Supreme Court, and at the ballot box.
Robbie Dornbush
Chief of Staff

Robbie Dornbush has diverse, longtime experience in grassroots advocacy, issue and electoral campaigning, and communications working on labor rights, tech advocacy, corporate accountability, and progressive powerbuilding. Prior to Accountable Tech, Robbie has held roles at the White House, BerlinRosen, the Biden 2020 campaign, and Venture for America. Originally from Atlanta, Robbie lives with his partner in New York City.
Kaili Lambe
Policy and Advocacy Director
She/Her
Kaili has robust experience in both electoral campaigning and progressive advocacy. Before joining Accountable Tech, she worked at Mozilla Foundation where she focused on platform accountability around electoral disinformation, algorithmic amplification and consumer privacy. She previously led campaigns for survivor justice and economic security and started her career in environmental organizing.
Zach Praiss
Campaigns Director

Zach has eight years of experience working as a digital and creative strategist for progressive issue-advocacy organizations fighting for a more fair democracy and an economy that works for all. His work has spanned a wide array of organizations including Forward Majority, Navigator Research, Tax March, Health Care Voter, Women’s March, and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Bianca Recto
Communications Director
She/Her
Bianca leads the planning and execution of messaging and communications at Accountable Tech. She is a longtime political operative who previously worked for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Senator Catherine Cortez Masto and her 2016 Senate campaign, the presidential campaign of Senator Bernie Sanders in 2020, and the media startup More Perfect Union.
