Nicole Gill is Co-founder and Executive Director of Accountable Tech where she leads organizational development and strategy to tackle digital threats to democracy. Before founding Accountable Tech, Nicole led national campaigns on marriage equality, progressive tax reform, and protecting the Affordable Care Act. She has extensive experience building and leading coalitions that win in Congress, in state houses, at the Supreme Court, and at the ballot box.

Robbie Dornbush has diverse, longtime experience in grassroots advocacy, issue and electoral campaigning, and communications working on labor rights, tech advocacy, corporate accountability, and progressive powerbuilding. Prior to Accountable Tech, Robbie has held roles at the White House, BerlinRosen, the Biden 2020 campaign, and Venture for America. Originally from Atlanta, Robbie lives with his partner in New York City.

Alison is a campaigner, strategist and organizer with a background in advocacy spanning a variety of issue areas. Starting as a youth organizer, she has spent the past 8 years working on state and federal issue advocacy and electoral campaigns, including with EMILY’s List, NextGen America, Tax March, Health Care Voter, Opportunity Wisconsin and Hillary for America. Originally from New York, Alison is based in Washington DC.

Kenya is a forward-thinking strategist with experience in innovative digital tactics and a sharp pulse on culture and politics. She has previously worked on bold, empowering campaigns focused on paid family leave, immigration rights, housing, and more at the state and federal level.
