“The overwhelming bipartisan support for Professor Lina Khan to serve as Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) reflects the urgent need and strong public desire to hold Big Tech accountable. Professor Khan’s record demonstrates her unique ability to diagnose the threats Big Tech poses to small business owners, consumers, creators, and even our democracy. Professor Khan’s confirmation, on the heels of the introduction of a sweeping bipartisan antitrust package in the House, should send a clear message to the robber barons of Silicon Valley that their time is up.”
